the hotel hallways, common areas and the casino were freezing cold all the time. Great recommendation on the crab cakes and the extra assistance you provided to my friend and I. A special shout out to Willie at Port 17 restaurant.
We were then provided with nice bus transportation from the airport to the hotel with no hotel registration required! The hotel and casino were clean and every staff member from Starbucks to the BlackJack dealers were super nice. When we arrived in Gulf Coast, were given an envelope that included our hotel room keys, a casino players card and easy to understand directions our departure three days later. From airport check-in our bags were checked onto the plane and we didn't see them again until they were delivered inside our hotel room at Harrah's Gulf Coast. My first time participating in a charter and was a little hesitant but everything went amazingly smooth. Just enjoyed a great charter from Knoxville TN to Harrah's Gulf Coast.
